Welcome, Kindred Heart,
Just like you, I am continuously learning from life, embracing each classroom and finding new ways to grow and understand myself and life.
The School of Applied Metaphysics emerged in 2020 during the pandemic — a time that reminded me how much people need spaces to reflect, grow, and transform. Having just officially graduated with my PhD in Metaphysical Science, specialising in Transpersonal Counselling, after nine years of immersive study across psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, and metaphysics, I felt a calling to share these insights and practical tools with others.
Today, the students who study at our school work alongside me to expand our reach. They, too, have journeyed through stages of growth and now serve with grace, applying their knowledge and insight to support others in meaningful ways.
Whether you’re exploring your own growth, seeking skills to support others, or simply curious about the deeper patterns that shape life, this school is a place to notice, learn, and take conscious steps forward. I invite you to join this journey, explore our courses and services, and discover tools to live with clarity, resilience, and balance.
With warmth and encouragement,
Ashika Singh, PhD (Ashi)

To create a world where emotional intelligence and self-awareness are recognised as essential life skills, bridging holistic well-being, personal growth, and professional development. Through a holistic approach to emotional wellness education, we aim to nurture a more conscious, emotionally resilient society where individuals make informed choices for their complete well-being.
Through research-informed training in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and applied metaphysics, we empower individuals to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and effective stress management, while recognising when professional mental health support is needed.
Our programs also equip professionals in holistic wellness, coaching, metaphysics, and leadership with the knowledge to integrate ethical, well-informed approaches into their work, ensuring emotional intelligence is applied responsibly and effectively.
We exist to bridge the gap between emotional education and real-world application, helping individuals and professionals develop the skills to navigate life with clarity and confidence.
Our goal is to prevent emotional struggles from escalating due to a lack of awareness, while empowering those who guide others to do so with integrity, knowledge, and compassion.
Ashika Singh, PhD, is a member of the Metaphysical Doctors Association (AMDA), reinforcing her commitment to excellence in transpersonal and emotional intelligence studies.
The School of Applied Metaphysics is committed to high ethical and professional standards in holistic education. While metaphysical studies have traditionally been informal, the field is evolving, and we actively align with recognised professional frameworks to ensure our programs remain relevant and respected.
Our institution and courses, along with our founder, Ashika Singh, Ph.D., who studied metaphysics internationally, are recognised by:

Graduates completing Heal Your Life® training earn an official license for their level of certification, allowing them to facilitate workshops, coaching, and personal development programs within the scope of their training.
While Heal Your Life® is an international program, it is subject to the laws and regulations of the country where it is held. In South Africa, trainees complete a portfolio of evidence for ethical practices in emotional safety as their foundation, ensuring they have the competence and skill to work within a legal scope, given that Louise Hay’s methods focus on emotional healing tools.
At the School of Applied Metaphysics, we are committed to providing high-quality training in facilitation, coaching, teaching, and emotional support counselling/consulting. Below, we outline important legal considerations for those studying with us or who have completed our programs.

We have designed our programs to align with best practices from these bodies. Graduates may choose to apply for membership with such organisations based on their qualifications, training hours, and business needs. Membership is a personal choice and not a requirement for practice in South Africa.
Further, we are engaging with SAQA/QCTO to align with evolving frameworks for metaphysical practitioners, supportive counsellors, and life coaches in South Africa, ensuring our training remains practical, relevant, and impactful.
