The School of Applied Metaphysics was founded in 2021 in response to the deep uncertainty and emotional turmoil brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. As the world faced anxious times, we saw firsthand how coaching and supportive counselling helped people regain balance—but many sought more. There was a growing need for a space where people could learn the foundations of self-awareness, healing, and transformation in a way that was both practical and accessible.
Drawing on a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Metaphysics, along with years of experience as a course writer, trainer, and facilitator in mindfulness, personal development, and holistic life coaching, Ashika Singh, PhD created a learning space where individuals could not only deepen their understanding of themselves but also bridge the gap between knowledge and true, lasting transformation.
Our vision goes beyond personal growth. We want every home and workplace to have at least one person with the skills to hold space for others—whether it’s loved ones, colleagues, or clients. These individuals, as custodians of stress awareness and emotional well-being, can offer support while also recognizing when professional intervention is needed. This way, no one has to struggle alone.
Whether you're here to grow, to help others, or both, you’re in the right place. Welcome to the journey.
To create a world where emotional intelligence and self-awareness are recognized as essential life skills—bridging the gap between holistic well-being, personal growth, and professional development. By advancing a holistic approach to emotional wellness education, we aim to contribute to a more conscious, emotionally resilient society where individuals make informed choices about their complete well-being.
Through structured, research-informed training in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and applied metaphysics, we empower individuals to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and effective stress management, while also recognizing when professional mental health support may be needed.
Our programs equip professionals in holistic wellness, metaphysics, coaching, and leadership with the knowledge to integrate ethical, well-informed approaches into their work, ensuring emotional intelligence is applied responsibly and effectively.
We exist to bridge the gap between emotional education and real-world application, helping individuals and professionals develop the skills needed to navigate life with clarity and confidence. Our goal is to prevent emotional struggles from escalating due to lack of awareness, while also empowering those who guide others to do so with integrity, knowledge, and compassion.
