To create a world where emotional intelligence and self-awareness are recognised as essential life skills, bridging holistic well-being, personal growth, and professional development. Through a holistic approach to emotional wellness education, we aim to nurture a more conscious, emotionally resilient society where individuals make informed choices for their complete well-being.
Through research-informed training in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and applied metaphysics, we empower individuals to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and effective stress management, while recognising when professional mental health support is needed.
Our programs also equip professionals in holistic wellness, coaching, metaphysics, and leadership with the knowledge to integrate ethical, well-informed approaches into their work, ensuring emotional intelligence is applied responsibly and effectively.
We exist to bridge the gap between emotional education and real-world application, helping individuals and professionals develop the skills to navigate life with clarity and confidence.
Our goal is to prevent emotional struggles from escalating due to a lack of awareness, while empowering those who guide others to do so with integrity, knowledge, and compassion.
Welcome, Kindred Heart
Just like many, I am continuously learning from life, embracing each classroom, and discovering new ways to grow and understand myself and the world. For over 22 years, I have worked with people globally, facilitating personal growth, emotional awareness, and transformational workshops.
Exploring Emotional and Spiritual Dimensions
In my experience, not all emotional distress comes from life stressors. Spiritual or energetic experiences can sometimes mimic emotional symptoms, which is why I pursued Metaphysical studies to explore these dimensions and guide people holistically.
For the past 15 years, I have also trained facilitators and coaches in Louise Hay’s Heal Your Life®, helping others guide self-discovery and empowerment.
Guiding Others Through Challenging Times
During the pandemic, many people reached out for emotional support. My training as a Transpersonal Counsellor allowed me to guide them safely, always referring them to aligned mental health professionals when necessary.
The demand grew, and my clients and student community asked me to teach them how to emotionally support themselves and others in their homes, circles, and communities responsibly, safely, and inspiringly.
This required teaching them:
Ensuring Professional Integrity
To ensure professional integrity, I consulted with advisors such as ASCHP and NHA and continue to collaborate with mental health professionals, addiction specialists, social workers, corporates, NPOs, holistic practitioners, and forums.
The Birth of SAM
From this vision, the School of Applied Metaphysics (SAM) was born in 2020. SAM exists to train adults over 25 in:
This training enhances personal growth, professional skills, and awareness. SAM also collaborates with graduates who choose to provide services, delivering transformational support to the public, corporates, NPOs, and communities.
Creating a Circle of Everyone Wins
Through these initiatives and collaborations:
People feel safe to notice, communicate, and apply basic tools for emotional awareness, and when situations go beyond conversation, they know how to seek aligned help.
SAM as Part of a Broader Vision
SAM is part of a broader vision. I continue to grow my own passions through individual, group, and couples experiences for those who have completed foundational learning and growth through SAM.
Whether you are exploring your own growth, enhancing your professional skills, or bringing awareness and support into your home or community, SAM offers learning, tools, and a supportive community to take conscious steps forward.
With Warmth and Encouragement
