In today’s world, having the skills to support others emotionally is non-negotiable. Many individuals avoid seeking professional help, instead turning to trusted friends, colleagues, healers, coaches, or spiritual counsellors. This course bridges the gap by providing an education grounded in transpersonal counselling methods, mindfulness, and metaphysics—empowering you to offer ethical, informed, and compassionate emotional support.
This training is not a standalone course. It builds upon the foundational skills learned in previous training with us, ensuring that every participant has the necessary baseline knowledge to engage responsibly. By maintaining this structured learning path, we uphold the highest standards of ethical safety while equipping you with the tools to help others without overstepping professional boundaries.
As a consequence of completing this 50-hour training and required practice hours, trainees may be eligible to join ASCHP (Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners) or The South African Association for Counsellors, allowing them to take on a professional role in emotional support.
