At the School of Applied Metaphysics (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to creating a respectful, conscious, and empowering learning environment for all students, clients, teachers, mentors, facilitators, supportive counsellors, and life coaches within our community.
Our work is guided by integrity, compassion, personal responsibility, and emotional intelligence.
What We Stand For
Integrity & Professionalism
We encourage all practitioners associated with our school to teach and serve with honesty, awareness, responsibility, and respect.
A Safe & Supportive Environment
Our intention is always to support personal growth, self-awareness, healing, and conscious living in ways that are constructive and empowering.
Respect for All People
We honour the diversity, dignity, beliefs, backgrounds, and life experiences of every individual. Discrimination or harmful conduct is not aligned with our values.
Clear Communication
Participants are encouraged to make informed decisions. We believe in openness around training approaches, expectations, fees, qualifications, and the nature of services offered.
Confidentiality & Trust
Personal information shared within sessions, mentorship, or training spaces is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality, except where disclosure may be legally required or necessary for safety.
Scope of Practice
Our practitioners work within the scope of their training and experience. Our services are educational, supportive, and consciousness-based in nature and are not a replacement for licensed medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal services.
Healthy Boundaries
Professional, respectful, and ethical boundaries are expected at all times. Exploitation, manipulation, harassment, or misconduct of any kind is not tolerated.
Conscious Learning Spaces
We aim to maintain learning environments — both online and in person — that are respectful, organised, emotionally safe, and supportive of meaningful growth.
Lifelong Learning
We value ongoing education, self-reflection, and continued personal and professional development within the fields of metaphysics, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and conscious living.
Independent Practitioners
Many of the teachers, mentors, facilitators, supportive counsellors, and life coaches connected to our school operate as independent practitioners and are responsible for their own professional conduct and services.
Raising a Concern
If a student, participant, or client has an ethical concern or uncomfortable experience, we encourage respectful communication where appropriate.
If direct communication does not feel possible or safe, concerns may be submitted confidentially to the School of Applied Metaphysics (Pty) Ltd for review.
All concerns are handled with fairness, care, discretion, and respect for everyone involved.
Our Commitment
The School of Applied Metaphysics (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to provide guidance, request further training, or discontinue association with individuals whose conduct does not align with the values and ethical standards of our community.
Before engaging with our training materials, please review the following key considerations:
Nature of Training Content
Our courses are rooted in alternative medicine, metaphysical principles, psycho-spiritual education, and mindfulness. These subjects may differ from conventional psychological and medical models. The perspectives shared are those of the instructors and are meant to expand awareness, not to replace professional clinical training.
Not a Certification for Medical or Psychological Practice
Completion of our courses does not qualify you to diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or psychological conditions. This training is designed to deepen self-awareness and professional growth, not to replace regulated professional education in healthcare or psychology.
Legal and Professional Responsibility
As a trainee, you must comply with the laws and professional standards of your region. If you incorporate our teachings into your practice, you are responsible for doing so ethically and within the scope of your credentials.
Commitment to Ethical Practice and Referrals
We are trained to uphold ethical practices that ensure emotional safety. If, during training, it becomes evident that you or someone you work with requires professional care beyond the scope of this program, we are legally obligated to refer you to the appropriate expert. This approach safeguards well-being, honours all modalities, and fosters collaboration for the greater good of individuals and the collective.
Trainer Perspectives and Continuous Learning
While we strive to provide high-quality, well-researched material, different trainers may have varying perspectives. If you identify any discrepancies or need further clarification, please reach out to us for discussion.
Application with Integrity
How you apply the insights from this training is entirely your responsibility. We encourage you to approach this work with integrity, mindfulness, and respect for the individuals you may support in your professional or personal capacity.
We appreciate your dedication to learning and trust that this training will support your journey in meaningful ways.
