At the School of Applied Metaphysics (SAM), we provide the bridge. Our baseline is a deep education in mindfulness and EQ. We believe that before we can hold space for the transformation of others, we must first learn to hold space for ourselves. This isn't just professional training; it is an essential human foundation that allows you to move through your daily life, your family, and your community with a grounded, mindful presence.

I once stood exactly where you are. I know the weight of a calling that hasn't yet found its form, and the challenge of balancing a deep inner life with the demands of the world. 

For a long time, I felt torn between two worlds—the secular professional space and the non-secular spiritual one. I saw a deep need for a bridge in which holistic and spiritual approaches could be practised with the same rigour, regulation, and ethical safety as in any other professional field.

I built this mission because I needed that bridge myself. I wanted a space where intuition and intellect could work together without compromise.

My journey was about finding a way to live this work with integrity and grounded reality. Today, my goal is to help you find your own footing, so you can serve others with the same security and credibility that I sought for myself.
