This professional training pathway is designed for those who want to work with the human behind the goals — supporting awareness, emotional understanding, and conscious choice before attempting change.
Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, this pathway develops coach practitioners who understand inner drivers, psychological patterns, and unmet needs and can guide others toward meaningful and sustainable personal growth.
The pathway unfolds in two integrated parts.
Part 1: Self-Discovery Coach Practitioner Training
Foundation | Awareness | Inner Navigation
60 hours | Online | Delivered over 12 weeks
Part 1 forms the foundation of the pathway and focuses on developing the art of mindful self-inquiry and deep human understanding. In this training, students learn how to guide clients inward — before decisions are made, before goals are set, and before change is pursued. Using a metaphysical and emotionally intelligent approach, students are trained to help clients explore the deeper forces behind desires, behaviours, and life choices.
This includes learning how to:
Part 1 prepares students to work confidently as Self-Discovery Coach Practitioners, supporting individuals to gain self-awareness, clarity, and alignment in both personal and professional contexts.
Part 2: Heal Your Life® Transformational Life Coaching
Integration | Emotional Healing | Applied Practice
60 hours | In person | Delivered over 7 days
Part 2 builds directly on the insights and skills developed in Part 1 and brings them into practical, in-person application through the Heal Your Life® coaching method.
This phase focuses on integrating self-discovery with emotional healing and inner self-actualisation, using the philosophy and tools developed by Louise Hay.
In Part 2, students learn how to:
Delivered in person, Part 2 provides essential practical experience for both parts of the pathway, allowing students to embody the work, practise skills, and integrate learning in a supported environment.
