These Terms & Conditions apply to services made available through the Love Yourself Africa™ platform: https://schoolofappliedmetaphysics.com/love-yourself-africa
By making an enquiry, accepting a service match, or participating in a service arranged through Love Yourself Africa™, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to read and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Love Yourself Africa™ is a service platform created to connect members of the public with graduates of relevant School of Applied Metaphysics training and, where applicable, certified Heal Your Life® practitioners who offer personal-development, emotional-support and related services.
The Love Yourself Africa™ Central Office receives enquiries and coordinates the matching process.
A Supervisor reviews the enquiry and pairs the client with a suitable service provider based on the nature of the service requested, the provider's training, level of practice, readiness, scope and availability.
The service itself is provided by the individual service provider to whom the client is matched.
Love Yourself Africa™ service providers are graduates of relevant School of Applied Metaphysics training and, where applicable, Heal Your Life® certified training programmes.
Depending on their stage of professional development, a service provider may be:
The specific training or certification relevant to the service being offered determines the scope within which the service provider may practise.
Where a service provider offers a Heal Your Life® service, they must hold the applicable Heal Your Life® certification or authorisation required for that service.
The service provider's status, relevant training and the nature of the service will be communicated as appropriate when the service is arranged.
Services offered through Love Yourself Africa™ may include emotional support and mindfulness, Metaphysical Life Coaching, personal-development experiences, workshops, Heal Your Life® services and other services presented on the website.
Services are educational, developmental and supportive in nature. They do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric or clinical diagnosis or treatment. Each service provider is responsible for working within their own training, competence, stated scope and applicable legal and professional requirements.
4. Enquiries and Matching
All enquiries are received through the Love Yourself Africa™ Central Office.
The Central Office and Supervisor may request information from the client in order to understand the service being sought and identify an appropriate service provider.
The matching process takes into account the nature of the enquiry, the service requested, the available service providers and their relevant training, practice status and availability.
A service match does not guarantee a particular outcome or mean that the service provider is suitable for every matter a client may later wish to discuss.
Where a request falls outside the scope of the service or the available practitioners, the enquiry may be referred elsewhere or the requested service may not be offered.
Once a suitable service provider has been identified, the nature of the service, format, duration, fee and payment arrangement will be communicated before the service is confirmed.
Payment for services arranged through Love Yourself Africa™ is received by the Love Yourself Africa™ Central Office in accordance with the payment arrangement communicated to the client.
Different services and service providers may have different fee arrangements.
Where a reduced-fee, sponsored or community-access service is offered, the applicable arrangement will be communicated as part of the enquiry process.
Participation in any service is voluntary. The client remains responsible for their own choices, decisions and actions during and following the service. Love Yourself Africa™ and its service providers do not guarantee a particular emotional, personal, relationship or life outcome.
Information provided to the Central Office for the purpose of making a service match will be treated appropriately and only shared as reasonably necessary to arrange the requested service.
Information shared directly with a service provider during an individual service will be treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to applicable law.
Clients are encouraged to participate in an appropriate and private environment where an online service is provided.
Clients will notify the Love Yourself Africa™ Central Office or the relevant service provider as soon as reasonably possible if they are unable to attend an arranged service.
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements may depend on the particular service and will be communicated where applicable.
Further information is provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

Where Heal Your Life® materials or other licensed content are provided, those materials remain subject to the intellectual-property and licensing requirements of the applicable rights holder.

Love Yourself Africa™ is committed to providing services within an ethical, respectful and appropriate professional environment.
Service providers are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries, respect confidentiality and work within their training, competence and stated scope.
Where a service provider is completing supervised or developmental practice hours, the applicable supervisory arrangements will apply.
Where a service provider is working independently, they remain responsible for their own professional practice, legal obligations and ongoing competence.

Love Yourself Africa™
This policy applies to services arranged through Love Yourself Africa™.
1. Enquiries and Service Arrangements
Services are arranged through the Love Yourself Africa™ Central Office by enquiry. Before a service is confirmed, the applicable service, service provider, duration, fee and payment arrangement will be communicated.
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Client
Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling of an arranged service. Please notify the Love Yourself Africa™ Central Office or the relevant service provider as soon as reasonably possible if you are unable to attend. Where practical, the service may be rescheduled to another available date and time.
No cancellation fee will automatically apply unless a specific arrangement has been communicated and agreed before the service is confirmed.
3. Non-Attendance
If a client does not attend an arranged service without notice, the circumstances will be considered before any further appointment is arranged.
Any payment or cancellation arrangements applicable to the particular service will be handled fairly and in accordance with the agreed service terms and applicable South African law.
4. Payment
Payment arrangements differ according to the service.
The client will be informed of the applicable fee and payment arrangement before the service is confirmed.
Where payment is made after the service, no payment is due where the service is cancelled before it takes place.
Where payment is made in advance, any refund request will be considered according to the nature of the service, the circumstances of the cancellation, the terms communicated before the service was confirmed and applicable South African law.
5. Service Provider Cancellation
A service provider may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule a service because of illness, emergency, unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative appointment or another suitable service provider where appropriate.
Where a service has been paid for in advance and cannot be provided, the refund arrangements applicable to that service will apply.
6. Changes to the Matched Service Provider
Where circumstances require a change of service provider, Love Yourself Africa™ may arrange another suitable provider where reasonably possible.
The client may raise any concern about the proposed replacement with the Central Office.
7. Sponsored or Reduced-Fee Services
Where a service is provided through a sponsorship, community-access arrangement or reduced-fee model, the applicable terms will be communicated before the service is confirmed. The availability of such services may be limited.
8. Refund Requests
Refund requests can be sent to: schoolofappliedmetaphysics@gmail.com
Please include your name, the service arranged, the date of the service and the reason for the request.
The request will be considered according to the circumstances, the nature and status of the service, the applicable service arrangements and South African consumer law.
9. Services Already Delivered
Where a service has already been provided, payment remains due according to the agreed service arrangement.
A request for a refund after a completed service will be considered fairly, but the fact that a client did not experience the personal outcome they hoped for does not by itself establish an entitlement to a refund.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any right a consumer may have under applicable South African law.
