As a licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher, you can build on your existing skills through additional professional training in coaching and self-discovery.

Our coaching pathway begins with a self-paced introductory course, followed by Heal Your Life® Coach Training. You can then deepen your professional skills through Self-Discovery Coach Training, developed separately from the Heal Your Life® programme.

Together, these complementary approaches offer opportunities to develop an integrated practice combining Heal Your Life® teachings, life coaching and self-discovery.

As a Heal Your Life® Teacher, your students may eventually ask, “What comes next?” Some may be ready for individual coaching rather than another self-healing lesson.

This foundation course introduces you to the professional world of coaching, including global standards, ethics and the difference between teaching and coaching. It is the first step in our coaching pathway, preparing you to progress to Heal Your Life® Coach Training and then Self-Discovery Coach Training, as you expand your skills and develop your professional practice.

As a licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher, you already know the value of self-healing. Coaching allows you to take your professional skills further, working individually with clients who want to explore their challenges, gain insight and move forward in their lives.

Building on the principles in Louise Hay’s The Power Is Within You, this training introduces you to five key strategies for personal transformation and shows you how to apply them within a structured coaching session.

You will study the official Heal Your Life® textbook by strategy and receive a detailed coaching script for each one, giving you a practical framework to use as you develop your coaching skills.

• Five Coaching Strategies: Learn to work with Louise Hay’s approaches to personal growth and transformation.
• Practical Coaching Skills: Develop your ability to listen, ask meaningful questions and guide clients through self-exploration.
• Structured Session Scripts: Receive detailed coaching scripts for each strategy to support your preparation and practice.
• Metaphysical Understanding: Explore the deeper principles underlying Louise Hay’s teachings and their application to everyday life.

60 Hours | Online Professional Training

This training builds on your foundation in metaphysical life coaching and your experience as a Heal Your Life® Teacher. It provides a structured approach to practising the five strategies in a coaching context and developing your skills with individual clients.

You will receive the Heal Your Life® Coach Manual as a supplementary guide for session planning and practice.

The training is part of our wider professional pathway, with Self-Discovery Coach Training offering a further opportunity to expand your coaching skills.

 As an experienced Heal Your Life® Teacher and Heal Your Life® Coach, you may already have clients who want to explore what comes next. They may be ready to understand the deeper patterns influencing their choices, relationships and direction in life.

Self-Discovery Coaching takes this exploration inward, helping clients understand themselves more deeply before deciding how they want to move forward.

Our Self-Discovery approach explores the inner blueprint that influences how people make decisions, respond to life and relate to others. You will learn to work with structured assessment tools and mindful inquiry to explore personality patterns, core needs, values and emotional drivers.

As a practitioner, you will develop greater discernment in recognizing whether a client needs teaching, coaching or another form of appropriate support.

This training gives you a practical framework to bring into your professional practice.

• The Inner Blueprint: Explore the patterns and internal drivers influencing decisions and behaviour.
• Core Needs and Values: Learn to identify what motivates clients and what may be holding them back.
• Mindful Self-Awareness: Help clients recognise their responses and make more conscious choices.
• A Detailed Coaching Script: Receive a structured script to guide your work with clients.

You will receive a structured 8–12-session coaching program to support you in applying the Self-Discovery method with clients.

This training offers a further step in your professional development, enabling you to build on your existing teaching and coaching skills while offering clients a deeper exploration of their inner world.
