This is a 100-hour professional training,  divided into two parts. It is for those who have finished their foundation and now feel ready to lead others. This training prepares you for a license to teach Louise Hay’s world-famous healing techniques.

What You Will Learn

Part 1: The Teaching Foundation (70 Hours)

In this part, we get practical. You will learn how to use the official  Heal Your Life® Teacher Manual and Louise Hay’s books to empower others for self-healing.

• Planning Lessons: Learn how to put a lesson together so it makes sense for your students.
• Safe Guidance: Use the listening and observation skills you learned in the foundation level to hold a safe space for people’s emotions.
• Professional Skills: Learn how to help a student to "unpack" their challenges without getting overwhelmed.

Part 2: Life Systems (30 Hours)

We look at the five main areas where people usually get stuck: Health, Relationships, Work, Success, and Money.

• Finding Blocks: Help your clients see the "old stories" or beliefs that are stopping them from moving forward.
• The Roadmap: Create a clear plan to help people change their habits and their thinking for good.

Professional Licensing & Certificates

Doing things the right way. This training is authorised by Hay House, Inc. and follows high international standards for quality and ethics.

• Your License: This is a legal requirement. Once you finish your training and your first two case studies, we will apply for your license. This gives you the legal right to use the Heal Your Life® trademark, logo, materials, and textbooks, and links you to this world-famous brand.
• The Portfolio: In South Africa, we believe in "learning by doing." To make sure you are a great teacher, you will complete a "Portfolio of Experience" (practical work) after your classroom hours.
• The Certificate: You will receive your final Certificate of Completion once you have finished both your classroom training and your practical portfolio.

Prerequisite: Completion of EQ101, Ethical Practices, and Teacher Training.

Before there was the book You Can Heal Your Life, there was the workshop. This is the original, powerful experience that Louise Hay created to help people change their lives in real-time.

This 7-day, in-person intensive is the next step in your journey. It moves you from teaching individual lessons to facilitating a full, immersive weekend experience. You will learn how to hold a "High-Frequency" space where a whole group can move through deep healing together.

The Science of Group Transformation. This is a hands-on, practical week where you step into the role of a leader. We focus on:

• The Signature Workshop: Learn to lead the world-famous "Love Yourself, Heal Your Life" weekend workshop exactly as Louise intended.
• Managing Group Dynamics: Learn the science of watching the "Relational Field" of a whole room. You will learn how to support one person without losing the attention or safety of the rest of the group.
• Mastering Presence: Practice being the "Anchor" in the room. You will use your listening and observation skills to guide people through their own self-healing in a group setting.
• Intensive Preparation: Build the professional confidence to host your own retreats and workshops with total integrity.

Professional Membership & Certificates

Global Recognition. Since you are already a Licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher, you do not need a new license. Instead, you earn a Membership Upgrade.

• Global Profile: This qualification is added to your international profile on the global Heal Your Life® directory, showing you are now a certified Facilitator.
• The Portfolio: Just like your Teacher Training, your professional standing in South Africa depends on your "Portfolio of Experience." This ensures you have practised these skills in the real world.
• The Certificate: You will receive your Facilitator Certificate once your classroom hours and your practical portfolio are both successfully finished.

Prerequisite: Heal Your Life® Teacher or Facilitator Certification.

In the world of self-healing, we often encounter deep topics like Grief and Inner Conflict. To lead these sessions safely, a practitioner needs more than just a teaching manual; they need a professional "Safety Net."

This 60-hour certification is designed to provide that net. It bridges the gap between being a Teacher and being a Supportive Counselor. You will learn the science of observing emotional distress and the ethical tools to provide grounded, responsible support.

Core Training Pillars

1. Identifying Emotional Distress

Learn to recognise the early signs of emotional overwhelm. This allows you to support a student during a workshop before the distress escalates, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

2. Supportive Counselling for Grief & Conflict

Grief is not something to be "fixed," but something to be witnessed. You will learn:

• The "Steady Anchor" Presence: How to stay grounded while a student processes deep loss or conflict.
• The Metaphysics of Release: Understanding the somatic (body) signals of grief.

3. Ethical Referral & Boundaries

The mark of a professional is knowing when a situation requires a Psychologist or a clinical specialist. You will master the "Warm Handover", learning how to refer a student to professional help responsibly and compassionately.

Professional Pathways & The ASCHP

Bridging the Gap to Professional Recognition.

In South Africa, the ASCHP (Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners) provides a professional home for those working in fields that go beyond traditional government accreditation—such as spiritual, metaphysical, and holistic counselling.

• Independent Membership: Please note that the ASCHP is an independent professional body. They handle their own onboarding and applications. They do not "affiliate" with training schools, but they align with our high standards for ethics and professional integrity.
• School Validation: As a graduate, you apply for membership directly with the ASCHP. To support your application, the School of Applied Metaphysics will provide a formal confirmation of all your hours—from your Foundation levels (EQ101) through to Teacher and Facilitator training, including your Portfolio of Experience (PoE) hours.
• The Benefit: This process allows your "non-accredited" (but highly structured) learning to be recognised by a professional body, giving you a formal identity as a Supportive Counsellor in the private and spiritual sector.
