Louise Hay transformed the way millions of people understand self-love, self-healing and the power of our thoughts. Through her books, affirmations and workshops, she shared practical ways to change limiting beliefs, release old patterns and build a more loving relationship with ourselves.

Led by Ashika Singh, PhD, South Africa’s exclusive Heal Your Life® Principal Trainer, this official training pathway prepares you to share Louise Hay’s teachings through individual lessons and group workshops.

The pathway combines comprehensive Teacher Training with practical Workshop Facilitator Training, supported by professional ethics, applied practice and assessment.

This comprehensive training prepares you to teach Louise Hay’s self-healing methods using the official Heal Your Life® textbook, workbook and training manual, which includes 10 fully scripted lesson plans.

You will learn the art of preparation, lesson planning and holding space for emotional awareness lessons. Your practical skills will include managing discussions, working with private students and small groups, observing group dynamics, and maintaining ethical practice.

A structured study-buddy practice plan gives you opportunities to apply your learning, receive feedback and build proficiency throughout the training.

Running from April to October, the course includes carefully spaced learning segments and breaks between sessions. As adult learners often balance work, family and other responsibilities, the training is designed to allow time for reflection, practice and integration rather than rushing through the material.

Your skills are cultivated through practice and mentoring within the training period.

After completing the training, you continue preparing for licensing and developing your professional portfolio of experience in accordance with the course requirements.

The Heal Your Life® Workshop Facilitator Training builds on your experience as a licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher, preparing you to facilitate immersive group experiences based on Louise Hay’s teachings.

You will deepen your ability to hold space for emotional experiences, guide group processes and create a supportive environment where participants can explore the Heal Your Life® teachings.

The training develops practical skills in:

• Presentation and public speaking: Sharing Louise Hay’s teachings with confidence and clarity.
• Holding space for emotions: Supporting participants through emotional awareness and self-exploration.
• Group dynamics: Understanding group interactions and responding appropriately as a facilitator.
• Workshop planning: Preparing and facilitating structured workshops, courses and retreats.
• Experiential facilitation: Bringing the Heal Your Life® philosophy to life through immersive activities, including Louise Hay’s signature Love Yourself, Heal Your Life® workshop.

This seven-day, in-person intensive offers an opportunity to practice your facilitation skills, receive feedback and learn alongside fellow Heal Your Life® professionals.

Entry requirement: Completion of Heal Your Life® Teacher Training and a valid annual Heal Your Life® license.
